AlpNet – the Association for the Promotion of Alpine Tourism handles your data with great care.  As a business partner, you can be absolutely sure that your data is treated with the greatest of diligence.  The data collected within the framework of the application of our quotation is used within the valid legal limitations for the purpose of carrying out the performance of our services.


Collection and Processing of Data:

Our data base is constantly updated in order to ensure that you only receive information that is of value and relevant to you.  We are always very careful to use only official and legal sources.  The following is valid as far as the website is concerned; general statistical information and data stored in the log-files providing information about the use of the website itself may be collected and analysed for statistical purposes.  This, however, only serves to provide us with relevant information about the use of the website in general by visitors to the site.


Data entered by yourself:

For many of our services, we inevitably require some personal data from you – otherwise we would be unable to provide the service.  We nonetheless only require the data necessary for the execution of the relevant service (e.g. name, company, position, department, address, telephone number or email address for a newsletter).  All other information is voluntary.  You can unsubscribe at any time from each of the services provided by clicking on the relevant “unsubscribe“ link in each newsletter or by simply sending an email with your details to: office@the-alps.eu.  Should your details change or need to be corrected, please send an email to: office@the-alps.eu.


Data Protection:

Data received from you as a visitor to our site (e.g. from the registration form) is stored and  protected as appropriate.


Exchange of Data:

We guarantee that the personal data of our business associates will not be passed on to marketing or cooperation partners, but will only be used within the AlpNet association to enable us to fulfil our provision of services.
